How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS containing your tracking number and a link. You can use that link to track your shipment's real-time journey. Alternatively, you can log into your Velmora account and check your order status under the "My Orders" section.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. However, if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 1 to 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel it.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged garment or the wrong item/size, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at velmoraoficcial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for you right away.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, it typically takes 7 to 12 business days. You will see an estimated delivery date at checkout before completing your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders above $100 (or your local currency equivalent). For orders below $100, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Velmora ships worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
